We’re looking for new trustees and volunteers to join our small, friendly team and help shape the future of Charlton Toy Library.
Following our move to Langhorne House, we’re settling into our new space and enjoying welcoming both familiar and new faces. To support our next chapter, we’re recruiting trustees, including a Secretary and Deputy Chair, to help guide the charity. You don’t need previous trustee experience – just enthusiasm and a willingness to get involved. Skills in fundraising, events, HR, facilities, governance, or IT are a bonus, but we welcome people with all kinds of experience and from different backgrounds.
We’re also looking for volunteers to help at our busy Stay & Play sessions and with project work. We are particularly keen to find:
- A Friday session volunteer (9.30am – 12.30pm, term-time only)
- A volunteer with IT experience to help with projects
- Enthusiastic event helpers to support our fundraising activities
