We appreciate that times have got tougher for everyone recently but there are people locally who are facing a more difficult time than others, not even being able to afford food. This Christmas we are reaching out to our wonderful Community and to ask for your help. Here is how you can help:
Christmas Presents
We would like to give a new toy to some of the most vulnerable children we support. Please email info@charltontoylibrary.org.uk to coordinate gender/age of the child you are buying for, so that no child misses out. Then drop the present off at the Toy Library by the end of November.
Food Vouchers
With your help our annual Christmas appeal this year hopes to gift a £50 food voucher to 30 local struggling outreach families so that they can at least buy themselves essential food over Christmas. We know that times are tough but please help if you can. Any amount will help bring a little comfort and joy into the lives of these families facing such enormous disadvantage. If we exceed our target, funds will go towards running costs of the Toy Library and the Outreach Project.
